Edgefield Church will be hosting our annual church-wide retreat at Henry Horton State Park in Chapel, TN the weekend of October 30-31. Come join us for a time of fellowship, singing, biblical encouragement, and family fun together! The deadline to register is Sunday, September 20.
Our guest speaker this year is Bobby Jamieson, professor of biblical and theological studies at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary! He will be teaching material from his forthcoming book, The Death You Need: The Life-Affirming Joys of Dying to Self (Waterbrook, February 2027). We can’t wait to have Bobby with us.
Check-In:
Check-in will begin at 4:00pm on Friday (October 30) and dinner will be at 6:00pm. We will finish up around 2:00pm on Saturday afternoon. Accommodations are hotel-style at Henry Horton’s Lodge. Childcare will be provided for a portion of the retreat for ages one year-old through three year-old, with the hopes of being able to welcome four year-olds as well pending registration numbers.

Cost
$65 per adult
$20 per child (up to a family max of $190)
$50 for an additional room (families of 5+ only)
(Optional) Help others attend the retreat by providing a scholarship! Add any amount to your total as you feel able.
